When we act in a sale, we will normally prepare the contract documents as soon as you instruct us to act. Ideally, this will be when you place your property on the market and before a buyer has been found. We seek to identify potential issues early to help prevent them from holding up the sale when a buyer is found. Once you have found a buyer we send out the contract documents to the buyer’s solicitor and keep you updated through the transaction.
